10 grams of spices per kilogram of chicken, plus the water marinade for 5 kilograms:
- 1 orange with peel, chopped
- 1 lemon with peel, chopped
- 20 grams of pepper paste
- 30 grams of crushed garlic
- 50 grams of white oil
- 25 grams of white vinegar
- 50 grams of yogurt (optional)
- 200 grams of water
